When Worlds Collide (10) - 19 February 2015

My series 'When Worlds Collide' continues with this image of Crystal Serenity at Auckland. For me, the greatest cruise ship ports are those which are right in the town or city making excursions on foot easy and exciting. The series shows cruise ships in such settings and as an imposing presence on their surroundings. This is the view from the city's busy Queen Street.

Crystal Serenity spent two days in Auckland during a Miami - Miami round the world trip. She had arrived from Raratonga and Bay of Islands and would depart for Tauranga.
