Luton Car-vertisements - 13 July 2014

Hoping for photographs, I decided to travel on an A-road rather than a motorway and was rewarded on the first part of my journey by this sight outside a Texaco petrol station on the outskirts of Luton. It is a while since I had the opportunity to use the self-coined word 'car-vertisement' and here were two. If one can look past the defacement, these are two lovely old cars and, much though I like the Morris Minor, I love the Ford Zephyr 6 [978FXO]. I have not seen one of those in a while.
