Excess Marks the Spot - 22 December 2013

Whilst I have a little grudging admiration for the effort which goes into such displays, I am not really a fan of highly illuminated houses at Christmas. This Lee on Solent house is impressive and slightly tasteless at the same time. More to the point it was an opportunity for night photography and, indeed, an opportunity for any kind of photography before the meteorological doom forecast for Monday and beyond in a month which has already been restricted by bad weather.
