Saga Ruby at Southampton - 25 October 2013

When I last photographed Saga Ruby at Southampton, she was delayed there by what turned out to be protracted repairs. She is due to retire in the near future and I wanted another picture before that happens. Information online is a bit unclear but, if reported correctly, Saga Ruby will sail on 7 December 2013 at the start of a 31 day cruise so that the actual retirement date will be in 2014. Today, she had arrived from Vigo and would depart for Funchal. Prior to departure, she was displaying a proliferation of flags which did not feature in my previous shots. As an aside, I am rather irritated by the continuing presence of pontoons used for the September Southampton Boat Show. Previously these have been removed more quickly.
