Weston Tower (Disused) - 27 June 2013

The expanse of the disused airfield at Weston lies immediately adjacent to The Helicopter Museum and, like many such sites, is scheduled to be covered in houses. No-one can actually explain why we need so many houses in a country whose population is growing only modestly. In the meantime, near the A371, can be seen the forlorn remains of the control tower building which, presumably, will be swept away by the developers.
