Je suis Paris

Note 1: Image created from photograph using a St. Joan of Arc book cover, globe image purchased from Shutterstock, souvenir Eiffel Tower I bought in Paris, and special effects from Smart Photo Editor.
Note 2: I added a hyperlink where people can donate to the French Red Cross to support the victims of the 13 November 2015 terrorist attacks and show solidarité with the people of Paris in a note over Paris on the photo.

William Sutherland club has replied to BelleuseThat means Yes to tolerance, yes to freedom of religion, yes to freedom of thought, yes to freedom of expression, yes to religious pluralism, yes to women's rights, yes to gay rights, yes to cultural diversity... basically yes to HUMANITY and HUMAN RIGHTS!
These murderous beasts will NEVER be able to extinguish the light and impose their darkness on this world!

I have dearest friends of many many years who are TRUE Muslims... and they do not recognise this slime as anything to do with the faith they know and love...
This honestly has nothing to do with any "religion" It is totally and utterly to do only with sick minds and hate.

William Sutherland club has replied to Annemarie clubAs a New Yorker who knows the pain of 9/11, I created this graphic to express solidarity between my city and Paris. I created this graphic using two images purchased from Shutterstock (the Eiffel Tower, the landmark symbol of Paris and pair of doves) and placed them between the twin towers that were destroyed in 2001. I included the two doves above the Eiffel Tower to symbolize our yearning for peace. At the same time, the two doves also represent eyes, the needle of the Eiffel Tower a nose, and the base a mouth. When combined they comprise a sad face to express the profound sadness and anguish for the victims and their families as well as our sister cities, respective countries and global humanity. Last each of the dates includes a pair of capital "I"s to symbolize the unity of the twin towers and our cities. The final element I included was simplicity so that the message and symbolize are clear and concise. Je suis New York. Je suis Paris. Solidarité.
