Thank you.This wasn't a long telephoto lens. We were very close to the lion. We were in a large open-air mini-bus, which sat 8-9 people. As long as we did not stand up, our guide said the lion would see us as as something to big to mess with, not a collection of individuals (easily killed). So we sat and took pictures. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time.
