Kongresshalle Nürnberg Die Kongresshalle ist ein unvollendetes Gebäude auf dem Reichsparteitagsgelände in Nürnberg. Sie ist das größte noch bestehende Relikt nationalsozialistischer Herrschaftsarchitektur und nach Prora der zweitgrößte erhaltene nationalsozialistische Monumentalbau überhaupt. Sie sollte laut Grundsteinlegungsurkunde „auf Jahrtausende hinaus dem Parteikongreß der NSDAP eine Stätte […] bieten“ und als Aufbewahrungsort der Reichskleinodien dienen. (WIKIPEDIA)

Interloop @ Wynyard Station: An impressive piece of art, which Chris Fox offers us here. The Australian artist combines history with modern art by staging a Sydney escalator system that has been in service for 80 years in the modernized station in the form of a ceiling construction. This "Interloop," as he has christened the work, consists of 244 of the original wooden steps, measures over 50 meters in length and weighs around five tons. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ein beeindruckendes Stück Kunst, was Chris Fox uns hier bietet. Der australische Künstler verbindet Historie mit moderner Kunst, indem er eine 80 Jahre lang ihren Dienst verrichtende Rolltreppenanlage Sydneys in der modernisierten Station in Form einer Deckenkonstruktion inszeniert hat. The sculpture slowly changes colour, creating a shimmering field of light. Planted in the foreground of Uluru and comprising some 50,000 solar lights atop slender stems, the monumental installation creates a visual impression of a field of glowing buds which sway in the evening breeze as the sun sets over Australia’s spiritual heartland.

Handing back Uluru to the Anangu people: The ceremony to handback the title took place at the base of Uluru on 26 October 1985. Hundreds of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people looked on as Governor-General Sir Ninian Stephen passed over the title deeds to Uluru–Kata Tjuta. The traditional owners then signed an agreement to lease the park back to the Australian National Parks and Wildlife Service for 99 years. Climbing Uluru: The Uluru climb was permanently closed after a ceremony at Uluru on 26 October 2019, exactly 34 years after the government officially returned the lands to the Anangu. Uluru has been sacred to Anangu for tens of thousands of years, and climbing Uluru was not generally permitted under Tjukurpa (Anangu law and culture). ________________________________________________________________________ Rückgabe des Uluru an das Volk der Anangu: Die Zeremonie zur Rückgabe der Eigentumsrechte fand am 26.
