World photography day

So this picture finally made it for my contribution to the World Photography Day 2022. I was quite busy today preparing this paella and therefore I think it has well-deserved to be the subject of my photo of the day ... and it was delicious ;-)

Zum Weltfotografietag habe ich heute meine Kamera mit zur Arbeit genommen. Ich hatte eigentlich vor, während meiner Mittagspause auf meiner täglichen Runde durch das Petrusstal ein paar Fotos zu machen und eines davon zum heutigen Tag auszuwählen. Diese Fotos habe ich tatsächlich auch gemacht, ausgewählt habe ich hier aber ein ganz anderes Motiv. Mein Büro liegt im 5ten Stock, unter dem Dach, mit Blick auf den Bahnhof von Luxemburg. Auf dem Balkon vor meinem Bürofenster legen die Fensterputzer immer einen Stopp ein, wenn sie sich, vom Dach kommend, an der Fassade abseilen. Heute waren sie auch bei der Arbeit und ihr Seil ist hier im Bild zu sehen.
