The white cow and green field make a very attractive colour combination.

When I look at the productivity of farming areas in your photos I find it hard to imagine the famine in the Netherlands in 1944/45. A lady I know here told me about how her region's survival depended for some time on Allied bombers dropping food for the Dutch people. She was primary school age then.
