This pic was actually posted a couple of years ago on now-defunct Panoramio (I still curse Google for destroying it) ... and then I had some problem identifying this specimen. With some input from Eva Lewitus and some "Anna" (maybe aNNa?, I don't remember), we identified it as Leucojum aestivum species by keying in on the green tips on the petals ... so just for fun I took some botanical license and re-named it: Leucojum aestivum var Eva et Anna.
