Hello Peter -- This is from a small, mostly overgrown family graveyard in DownEast Maine, literally in the middle of hundreds of acres of wild blueberry fields, which my wife and I discovered by just "driving to nowhere to see what we could find". (So remote, a sheriff's patrol came by to check on us; or maybe he was just suspicious.) (I have geo-located the shot, if you want to take a look.) Demographically, this area is overwhelmingly and historically White, 90+% now, probably more in the past; about 60% with heritage from British Isles. So probably a hardscrabble poor white family barely able to make ends meet. I had done some internet research in the past, which is how I figured out Eliza was so young, but I don't remember the link.

Great research on this shot, My Friend.

There is a place out in the county that I would love to wander around in -- but need to check with one of my Sheriff contacts ... they said let them know and they would go with me re: property lines and owners...
