The 63 minute clock face of St. Peter and St. Pauls... Old Brampton , Chesterfield.

The 63 minute clock face of St. Peter and St. Pauls... Old Brampton , Chesterfield.
The painters of the church clock probably took their dinner break in the local pub...
very erratic spacing of the minute segments do vary from one figure to the other...
and added together..... total 63.

Hi David,

Certainly interesting! There are definitely 63 minute marks around the circumference!
I did wonder if the minute marks had some deep underlying pattern to give optical balance when combined with the Roman characters (Similar reasoning to why 4 is represented as IIII as opposed to the true Roman IV)

Best Wishes
Peter

That's a new one for me. I feel like this should be more famous.
