Einsam? Ja und nein. Zwar ist die Gegend nicht dauerhaft (dicht) besiedelt, aber doch in fast jeder geschützten Buch mit einem Cottage versehen, also 'Private Land'. Es ist mit dem See fast genau so, wie in Österreich: frei und problemlos ans Ufer kommen kannst fast nirgends - da nützt es dann auch nix, wenn das Hinterland unbewohnt ist.
