wie, Trientalis und Maianthemum und du sagst, das wär in Kanada?

Ich tippe eher auf Trillium ("Die Großblütige Waldlilie ist die offizielle Blume der kanadischen Provinz Ontario" wikipedia) und von Maianthemum gibt's ja eine 'canadense'.
Und da wir uns in einem lichten Laubwald befanden, kann es, bei aller Vergesslichkeit, unmöglich in den fränkisch-freistaatlichen Fichtenforsten gewesen sein. ;-))

This is just wonderful! I'm so glad you remembered this picture so you could share it for us and with me! Whenever I find something like this I feel so lucky and privileged. Our world is brimming with odd and interesting things for us to discover, and if we should have a camera with the skills to photograph the subject, all the better! :)
