On XVIIIth century (1770s) the Viceroy MAnuel de Amat y Juniet buld this place in honour to his lover Micaela Villegas called "La Perricholi". He promises to put the moon at her feet. So when they take a walk at night,at this place, the moon reflects in this big water mirror. So he fulfill his promise. Part of the oldie history of my lovely LIma
