2)...This unbelievable "bloom" has grown from this Palm tree.
Locally, this kind of massive palm bloom has not been seen before. There was an article in our local paper last week about this unusual looking palm.... we spotted another similar sight when out in the countryside recently, Im going back to catch a shot of that one. A cloudy day here as you can see! :)

Hello Steve, sorry for such a delay. so much going on here for several days that Ive not had much of a chance to be on PC.... having 2 large trees cut down and carried off and a whole new bath installed, demolishing the ole one and I will have a brand new bath from wall to wall :)) its not quite finished but its getting there:) as to the photo here, the palm seems to be winning the race for height.... :) its so odd... thanks Steve, Sarah xx
