Hello Maurice, thank you for the visit and kind words, it is indeed a nice place and someone does keep the grounds in top form., I see spots where the grass is suffering from lack of rain, just as OURS is doing..:( no rain for too many days:( we are watering every day to keep things alive in the yard....
