Hey dear Steve, thanks for your visit to this series, folks put a lot of time in decorating the floats and carts. YESYES, there were stalls all around in our newly renovated and improved Park, Some really GREAT food all around !! and things of interest, tho I did not get around all the park, there was even a Chili cook-off ti see who made the best chili... I should have entered mine :))
