Steve, yes I prepare this favorite every year! we just love this cake, it isn't so full of some of the fruits etc that none of is like, the ingredients here are few but ones the family likes., Im glad you remember the samples I sent you and your family a year or so ago.,! Sarah x

Hello Marvin, I would love for you and Rosemary to have a slice if this favorite cake! It is INDEED a great Southern Cake, its called a "Holiday Cake"....and then there are Fruit Cakes tool. OH YES I will go to your gallery and listen to O Holy NIght.... its my favorite Christmas Song. My oldest son sings this at times. Im so sorry that this reply is late, but uit has been the rush of Christmas ya know! :)
