Hi, Christa, Thank you , it is a very good Holiday cake, in fact, THAT is the name of it, when I first spotted it in a recipe book! Im so sorry you are so far away, would love to have you sample a slice of this yummie cake:)

Hello Marvin, I would love for you and Rosemary to have a slice if this favorite cake! It is INDEED a great Southern Cake, its called a "Holiday Cake"....and then there are Fruit Cakes tool. OH YES I will go to your gallery and listen to O Holy NIght.... its my favorite Christmas Song. My oldest son sings this at times. Im so sorry that this reply is late, but uit has been the rush of Christmas ya know! :)
