Hey Frans, Yes this crew DID go into action! We had a pretty fierce storm (remnants of a Hurricane) and so many people were out of power for a few days:((( Crews came into our town and county from States far away to assist!! What is this about 3 Stoges????

thanks Frans, Sarah

Hi Sarah,

At first sight I thought these red tipped objects on the trucks were an array of missiles ready for 'Fat Boy'. (See www.ipernity.com/doc/2247998/45521404 ).
Now I can properly, I see that you are really well organised in a true spirit of co operation to deal with whatever comes your way.

Best wishes
Peter

Hahaha! Peter, your first words here made me laugh! well, wish they might could silence that "Fat Boy" ).. who can I wonder?? well we might could... Yes Peter, power companies are always ready for this type weather. Georgia Power is our local power company and the Rural Power company handles things beyond our city limits, and this Company is where our oldest son is an Engineer. They had sooo many days of 24-7 work details to get folks back up and running with Electricity. With this recent Hurricane, we had Power Companies from across the US driving here to assist...it all worked like a well-oiled machine! Our son had great crews working with him throughout this ordeal! Great team-work!!! OK now you know, and I guess, too much info huh? :) kind greetings, Sarag
