thanks Steve, I know it may seem as tho they are doing a parade here, ( in the street as shown,) but no parade, just dancing in a section of the street that has been roped off from traffic for the dancers and other entertainment ...This is Delanie again with another of her outfits for the festival entertainment. AND you saw her in this costume recently in a Georgia Southern Theater with her Studio in Dance Competitions... thanks Steve, Sarah xx
