Hello dear Amelia, as I stated to Steve, I apologize for the delay with my reply to your kind visit and comment.
Thank you so much for your compliment here on this shot. I soo love Christmas Amelia, and with a long marriage we have accumulated many things that I treasure at this time of year. The Christmas Village you see on top of our China Cabinet, stays up year round now, when I used to remove after each Christmas, NO MORE of that. IT STAYS., :) and actually I turn it on throughout the year when I want to see the colors and the glow.....its one of my favorite things!! and all along I just might add a piece to it, tho I am running out of room for that :))
We allow a couple days ? to put the Christmas things up, but from year to year that may vary. I have a Santa collection that I use from time to time, but the Larger, more real looking Santas, I use each year!!! and of course, I do love the Tree, and love decorating our dining table for Christmas and a different look for the New Year table...I post both those photos most years!!

YEP I manage to bake also Amelia! :))) A Cream Cheese Pound Cake, my annual Holiday Cake, (a different word for Fruit Cake, mine doesn't have so many "fruits" in it) Pecan Pies, Pumpkin/or/Sweet Potato pies, Chocolate Triffle, (YUM) , most of this I do double recipes , one for Thanksgiving and have more ready for Christmas.:) smart huh? OH and several snack goodies that we are STILL enjoying into the New Year!!

oooops! A long reply Amelia! :) sorry! But you asked!! :))) you might not do that again HAHA!
