A very original picture of these sprouts!!!

Many years ago they used to grow them in the fields near my house, but not any more..

Me too, but we only seem to get them bagged in plastic here in Spain (not surprising I suppose) and they taste horrible. Much better straight off then stalk like this, especially when small and nutty in flavour (but of course that's not the commercially viable way to sell them!)
