I like this picture very much! The straight vertical lines remind me of a row of icicles hanging off the buildings. And such a wonderful pattern of trees going on almost for ever!

.. True ;-) We passed this point today during our Ipernity meeting which included going up the Brocken mountain - either walking or by train ...

Ah it must be a very nice day all for you!!
We couldn't go up the Brocken mountain on January. It was very snowy .. Also train was not working after Schierke...
(Fortunately we had been there in summer time..)
How is the weather now?
