Part of the Isabel II Water Company's historic grounds.
It's near the 1905 water depository but I don't know its function. I might hazard a guess that it's the tower for a pumping engine house, as at Cornish tin mines.
Very late autumn colour.

Beautiful colouring, Anton. I just love the yellow leaves together with the bronze leaves and highlighted by the gorgeous blue sky. That tower looks as if it's been decorated around the top, which indicates it must have been something important
