I am sorry, Andy. It is abbreviation for in-camera movement or intentional camera movement. I have become so used to that abbreviation here on some groups, and keep on forgetting it is not a good way.

And in-camera movement means that one intentionally shakes the camera during the long exposure. Not even sure if that was the case on this photo.

Anyway, I like this shot very much. Here the movement and composition is just perfect.
