Mercado de Maravillas!

This is my local covered market. It's one of the biggest and best value markets in Madrid.
I wanted to take a number of photos but only took this one, as yet again I was stopped by security and told in no uncertain terms that photography is prohibited (What is it with Spain on matters such as this? I wish I knew!). I wanted to take much more interesting photos than this!

Andy Rodker club has replied to Jenny McIntyre clubI presume the no photography thing is a hangover from Franco times, as with a lot else here!
Thank you, Jenny!
A very nice shot.
Hartelijke groeten...........Frans,
Andy Rodker club has replied to Frans Schols clubAndy Rodker club has replied to Keith Burton clubSame with with me. I was probably wearing non matching trainers with shorts and a tank top and a Parka because it was winter but as all I was doing was going to the market to buy some fish, I didn't thing I was going to bump into my hi-falluting senior management students!
One day I will be caught out, for sure!! :o)
