A step up.

On the main (and relatively boring) path that meanders through the Sierra de La Cabrera, this is as challenging as it gets; a rock step that is easy but some people would probably use their hands to help them. "Yer puts yer right foot right, yer puts yer left foot left, and that's wot'sit's all abarht" ... and that would actualy work!
