I could hear the mountain goats from here for the first time, but couldn't see them until later. But I could see them on this shot later that night! Can you see them?

Sierra de La Cabrera, under Cancho Largo. The path I take goes through that obvious gap on the skyline left / centre.

I'm afraid I'm with the others, Andy. I can't make out the goats neither, at least they're well camouflaged there.

My mistake, Jenny. I know where they are of course and I thought I could see them in this photo but I confess the clarity of the shot isn't good enough. Maybe if I had a tripod ...

Beautiful landscape, Andy! Can't see the goat but I think the rock in the background looks like a big bird/turtle:)

I can see so much in the interesting shapes Andy and I think I see a goat in the long grass!?

I recognize at least two mountain goats - one lying, the other standing. They're incredibly well camouflaged.
Excellent photo, Andy!

I will give you all a clue. These two shots of the goats were taken as I approached them, They hadn't moved! You need to have a feel for the shape of boulders and rocks from different viewpoints and angles to see the connection between the three photos - and then you might (just) see them!

I saw them even without enlarging these three wonderful photos. But, I would not have noticed them if you hadn´t mentioned them.

Hi Noisette.
I had to delete your on-pic square and note. I hope you don't mind but it was the wrong place and was confusing people a bit I think! Some people have now found the goats with the help of two other shots I put here, but it's still difficult, I agree!

***Thank you everyone! I agree it was more difficult than I at first thought but well done to those who found them eventually!***
