St Ives Harbour, low tide

I visit St Ives about once every five years - too touristy in August - but it is a delight out of season. Enlarge please!

First hubby and i considered buying an engine House up on the cliffs not far off... it was just a bit out of our pocket sadly.
Andy Rodker club has replied to Pam J clubBoats resting quietly, almost dreaming on their bed of low tide..
Enlarging it I could enjoy a lot of details against the lovely background!
A very attractive invitation to go there, I must say!
All the best!
Andy Rodker club has replied to Beatrice Degan(MARS)I would like to take photos of the old fishermen's cottages in the labyrinthine back streets(now often art galleries) but in August it's impossible as the streets are thronged with day-trippers and it's shoulder to shoulder stuff. When I used to visit out of season (ie when I lived not far from here), I didn't have a camera!
Silly me!
