Sierra de La Cabrera
Granite scenery again. Ahead are the peaks of El Cancho Largo and El Cancho Gordo. I am on the GR10, the long distance walk from Valencia to Lisbon (I wasn't DOING the route!).

Andy Rodker club has replied to Rosalyn HilborneLooking at the date (May 8) I would say a pleasant 75f. But it was a few years ago, so this a complete guess!
It is nearly always considerably cooler than the sweltering city down below on the plain!
I do walk here in the heat of high summer with temperatures in the 80s and low 90s but then even that is much nicer than Madrid at 100f +, especially when the ridge catches a cooling breeze!
