Teamwork. William ist der Initiator und leitet deshalb die Verhandlungen. Außerdem checkt er zusammen mit Lutz und Eric die juristischen Fallstricke. Don kennt sich gut mit Zahlen und Finanzen aus, Sami spielt virtuos die Klaviatur der sozialen Netzwerke. Ich mach nur so'n büsschen von dem, was übrigbleibt. Vor allem den Kontakt der IMA zu den deutschen Mitgliedern halten, welche ja die größte nationale Gruppe bei Ipernity sind.

Macht ihr ganz klasse und ich bestaune eure Geduld! Hoffen wir, dass sich der Herr noch rechtzeitig besinnt, wenn nicht, ist es gut, dass ihr im Ernstfall lieber den Stecker zieht, als zur Konkursverschleppung beizutragen!

A wonderful painting and photography, but ruthless arbitraryness is inherent not only platform owners. Also platform users use them every day and almost all people.

I fully agree. But nevertheless the breach of agreements isn't the behaviour of honourable men: "Ich will meinen Bund nicht entheiligen, und nicht ändern, was aus meinem Munde gegangen ist. (Psalm 89:34, King James Version: "My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.")
Fetching this christian order back to our awareness is the best thing which we can do on Devine Mercy Sunday.

Is it about the arbitrary censorship of artistic nudes or about broken promises of agreements concerning the acceptance of proposals for the takeover of Ipernity by IMA? ;)

But in principle I agree with you: God is eternity and unlike most people He truly stands by His Word no matter what happens.

"Man" rührt sich immer noch nicht. Sogar die angekündigten neuen Ideen sind bisher noch nicht angekommen. Dabei haben wir inzwischen (10:36 Uhr) - auch für französische Verhälnisse durchaus bereits Arbeitstag!

Aber mit dem winzig kleinen 1% rückt er immer noch nicht heraus. Jedenfalls hat in der IMA core group bis jetzt (14:45 Uhr MEZ) noch niemand eine Mail bekommen.

Vielleicht sollte IMA - falls der Asset Deal klappt - als erstes über eine Administration durch ehrenamtliche Mitglieder nachdenken. Bei klarer Aufteilung der Zuständigkeiten und deren Mehrfachbesetzung sollte eine deutlich verbesserte Präsenz bei verkürzten Reaktionszeiten und verminderten Kosten resultieren. Wir als Mitglieder würden 15.000 € Kosten pro Jahr einsparen.

Perhaps IMA should think about doing the administration by voluntary members in future, preconditioned that the asset deal will happen. With clear functional attributions and multiple cast it should result in a significant higher presence, shorter reaction times and lower costs. We as members would save 15.000 €/year.

Das wäre doch eine Option für Leute, die sich 50 Euro nicht leisten können- reduzierte Gebühr gegen Mitarbeit.

Bernhard, ehrenamtliche Administration klingt nach einer guten Idee, zumal wenn das Geld knapp ist. Siehe PM.

So seh ich das auch. Im Vordergrund müssen aber Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Teamfähigkeit stehen. Wie man das genau handhaben könnte, schauen wir uns an, wenn es spruchreif ist.
Jetzt schau'n wir erst mal, ob CR bis Freitagmittag den nach französischem Recht zwingend erforderlichen notariellen Vor-Vertrag zustande kriegt.

Da bin ich mal gespannt, habe aber Zweifel... Man kommt sich vor wie auf dem Basar;-)

Gudrun, schlimmer! Als CEO hätt ich auf den Tisch geschlagen und alle stramm stehen lassen, damit das sofort in Ordnung gebracht wird. Frei nach dem Motto: "Wenn ich das selbst machen muss, brauch ich Sie nicht." Inzwischen sind dreieinhalb Stunden vergangen, in denen nichts passiert ist. CR nimmt das offenbar überhaupt nicht ernst. Wir sind nur dumme Knipserlein, die gefälligst ihre Accounts verlängern sollen, statt Ansprüche zu stellen. Aber: "Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall!"

Gudrun, it's worse! Me in CRs position: I would have banged my fist on the table and ordered to correct it instantanously! Following the principle: "I don't need you as an employee, if I have to correct such peanuts by myself." In the meantime three and a half hours are elapsed. Nothing happened. CR doesn't take it seriously at all. We are silly little snapshooters, which have to pay their accounts without demanding performance. But let's remember: "Pride goes before a fall."

people are hard disclaiming, that EXPLORE doesn't work properly since more than a week.
I asked Audrey, but I didn't get an answer yet.
Please take the necessary measures, that EXPLORE will work properly again as soon as possible.
Degradation of the technical/ functional performance is the fewest thing we need in the actual fragile situation.

I believe the IP staff always had to manually place photos into Explore from the queue. That is why on weekends, photos did not appear in Explore. I do not think there is anyone at Ipernity performing this function and thus no new photos are being added.
