Urban Aurora

Sometimes light pollution is unavoidable. But it is not said that one can not get a decent image. The northern light is not the main object anymore. But it is playing a role in the ambiance of the image. To give the streetlights a role in the image I used a small aperture so that they become nice stars. This means that the ISO value and exposure time must be higher and longer.
The settings of the image above: ISO 800 30'' F/11 - ISO 3200 30'' F/22 - ISO 1600 30'' F/22. It is a 3 exposure hdr edit.

Thank you Gudrun, it is of course all a matter of taste. But there are many ways to apply the hdr editing tools. I use hdr with almost all my photographs that are not of wildlife or night views. Mostly it is 'gently' applied but sometimes it fits to exaggerate...
I will add the tag' hdr' to my images here on IP.
