Panamint Valley
This is Panamint Valley with the Panamint Sand Dunes (accessible only by a 4wd vehicle) just visible on the middle left. After descending into the valley from the Cottonwood Mountains we stopped for a few photos here before continuing on our way to our hike to Darwin Falls.

A terrific and formidable landscape Ron. A bit concerning that there are warnings about the need to travel prepared to survive. I took note though and took a cuppa and a biscuit up to enjoy my trip through your beautiful images.
