Pink Mountain Heather in the Rain

This Pink Mountain Heather was still blooming here and there when Tim and I hiked the Lake Ann trail on a wet day. With a slight breeze and in dark conditions it was hard to get good close-up shots and I missed the depth of field a bit on this, but thought it still good enough to post. If you look closely you can see a Shield Bug hiding near the top of the first flower. I waited a bit for him to come out but he was having none of it.
