These gardens, formerly the estate of the Younger family, are in the Scottish highlands near Dunoon. The gardens are noted for their redwoods and Douglas firs as well as for their rhododendrons.

i've been to scotland, but you are showing me that i obviously should have explored more. i'm really suprised to learn that they have redwoods and douglas firs like us!

this is such a cool photo - giving wonderful perspective to the trees and lodge size.
