Thunderbird

On the Northeast end of Stanley Park in Vancouver, there are a number of totem poles carved by First Nations artists from different tribes. This particular pole was carved by Kwakwaka'wakw artist Oscar Maltipi and this top section is a depiction of the legendary Thunderbird.
