Grief

In memory of the victims of mass murder in Christchurch, New Zealand on March 15th. I send my condolences and my hope that the families of the deceased find peace in the weeks, months, years to come. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has done what has been repeatedly blocked in the US: proposed new, stricter gun control legislation. She has the support of the public and most of her government. I have friends in NZ and they are devastated.

Actually, I was shocked that such weapons could be bought there. I thought it was only the U.S. among 'civilized' countries that allowed for such insanity.
