DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD PHOTOS IN A SMALLER SIZE? I have tried to reduce it using Actions > Sizes. Never works. :-(

You want the photo to look smaller on the page? Try adding a large white frame;-)
I always reduce size before uploading photos. I'm sure whatever editing software you use has an option somewhere. There are also plenty of apps and freeware to reduce the size of photos.
