Nope, I don't know what that is, but it's a 6' wide rolled up rubber thing.

I think it may be for lifting heavy vehicles in an emergency...........roll the mat underneath, pump it full of water and it lifts up whatrever is on top. Alternatively it could just be a shock mat for dropping heavy freight on. The tyres are just the work of someone with a sense of humour :-)

I've seen similar kit used by our Fire Brigade.........but using compressed air, but I suppose water would work just as well.

That makes perfect sense, Keith. The water valve had me stumped. This was a feed and grain elevator and distribution building, so there would have been trucks backed up to the dock with plenty of heavy freight. Right, the tires had me stumped, too. ;-) Thanks, Keith!
