I had know idea that the Royal Bank of Scotland had diversified into industrial or agricultural vehicular machinery in Oregon. But there again, given the wacky recent history and leadership of this infamous publicly owned failure of an institution (sorry, Diane, but it's infamous in the UK!), I'm not in the least bit surprised!
