The Klamath Falls Parthenon

This distinguished building is the former Courthouse Annex, built 1914. There were two significant earthquakes in 1993 that damaged this building and others in the downtown area. Many of them were inadequately reinforced brick.

There are metal straps around the columns and I do not know when, if ever, it will be fully restored. A new courthouse and county building were built on this same block.
