Both hot and cold water! This reminds me of the old hotels in Ontario that were excuses for a beer hall (very few licences for freestanding bars were handed out, but a hotel could have a bar, so they'd build one with six rooms and a beer hall or bar with 200 seats.

Nice use of the texture. It gives the appearance of a blustery fall evening, and then you notice the fence. HFF.
