She is gorgeous.....

Many years ago I have a long coated Border her colour. . His name was Tyler. They called the colour "sable" then. He had a brother I also had... Casper... he was Tri-colour !

That seems and is a lifetime away and it still brings smiles.

She belongs to my son's family. If I didn't know she was a border collie, I would never guess it. This short-haired variety is rarely seen, I think. As for her behavior - no mistaking it! She has obsessive quirks and is constantly on the move. I think some of that would be alleviated if she had - oh, I don't know - an actual job to do! Or, at least large property to keep her busy. So, three working dogs on 1/4 acre with no work...hmmm.

Short coats arent rare in the UK.... Mine were the long coats.. but short coats are normal too
