The Town Crier

This is a terrible photo. He went by very fast and I don't remember what his message was, but I do know it looked like gibberish. The sign on his back says something like:

KRAKET II
UNIQUE

And on the sides, something about a bakery or pastries and more about Kraket II Unique. I hope I see him again!
