indeed it looks cold......

It was about 2C. A nice 5-6km walk around here.

Looks a nice walk on a nice frosty morning Herb never been round this reservoir looked it up on ge will have to put that right.

ps there is even a pub at the end of the walk.

Always a good walk, with a few reservoirs in a line. However one of my favourite (Norman Hill) now has been made in-accessible with a giant locked gate, for some reason. A real pity. Never been in the pub you mention here. That being said, we always walk up and down the steep stony lane from the top A372 and park across from an excellent pub/restaurant that we must try some day. I used to go in for a pint many years back. - Glad you enjoyed it.

Beautiful winter light, especially on the water..........and a lovely sky Herb. This scene gives off a calm and peaceful ambience.

I like the frosty grass in the foreground and the pylons and power lines don't bother me at all.

Seeing the image in the PiP again is a pleasant reminder of your earlier visit.

I too liked the silence apparent in this scene. A bit of frost often gives a certain ambiance Keith, as you know. My pleasure to share that PiP again.
