on Fine sunny days the sea is a wash with boats under sail but you can still se plenty in the shot. City Of Sails. You can Clearly see The Devenport jetty And the Grass of North Head, Behind the Black/white sail Waiheke Island and along the back the high hills of the Coromandel Peninsular in the distance.

You can Clearly see the other name for Auckland "City Of Sails", you dont have to look much further than this photo.

While I was in NZ I watched the 8 part Documentary that also makes this up "2050 Predator free NZ". You think there is no Predators in NZ there are three that are small , Rats, Stoats and Possums. they all eat the wild bird life in NZ which is falling very low in numbers. well worth a read. www.doc.govt.nz/nature/pests-and-threats/predator-free-2050 The best part the parts that are Predator free birds flourish..

High up on the side of the hill you get to look out over little Huia to the Huia Look out on the far side of the Harbour.

You are warned make sure you hold your Glasses and have nothing loose or the Monkeys will take it So fast. These two Females getting a Groom.

Not a shot we ever see in Wa so it was great to get the chance high up and a sun spot.

The faster the speed the greater the lift out of the water. The sail is held does not have a mast and the supports are blown up to hold the sail in shape.

We went out when we had all 4 seasons in one day we even hid in the trees on a few showers. This is the first few times I had dads camera in use.
