NGC 2244 Rosette Nebula

NGC 2244 Rosette Nebula
This is the result Of shooting three nights in a Row with out a moon or clouds. In total 68 shots or 11 1/2 hours shot time I had the trees one side and the house the other so limited my number of shot to 30odd a night. The shots guided with PHD2 Dev3 which proved very good at guiding. For the first time editing done in Pix Insight, Photoshop and Finished out in Light room. This is the Skywatcher ED 80 scope at work with the D810 the extra detail that came out with each night photos added made this worth while.

I know I have just about given up more than once but this result makes it a whole lot better. There is no way with out the computer could you take 3 night exactly the same to stack. Many thanks I have one more project to try out as well one you know as well.

Herb It is some thing we did totally took for granted having our life here on Ipernity. the learning that has gone into taking these shots has not been easy but the results are what I am after. the net effect you do learn a whole new discipline from ground up. I am very happy to share the results and help others but not sure I would find many takers. thanks for the encouragement.

Its been quite had to find cloudless nights so far this year so it was good to be able to put these together and get such a great result.. This is from my home in the city no clouds but still a bit of light pollution. yes we are lucky. You keep safe.
